I’ve received an unexpected or unusual error message. What should I do?

When something goes wrong, you’ll receive an error message notifying you of the cause of a problem. However, in some rare cases you might receive an unusual error message that may be hard to understand.

In such cases, we recommend you make a screenshot of the error message and send it in an email (from your registered email address) to support@hollandcasino.nl. Please provide us with all relevant information about the issue and what you were doing when you received the error message. You can also send us the screenshot through the live chat on our website.
