When your credit or debit card expires, you will first need to request a new card from your bank (or any other company or organisation that issued your card). You will then get a new card with the same card number as your old card.
Once you have received your new card, your card’s new expiration date will need to be updated on your Holland Casino account. To do so, please contact our customer service team. You will be asked to verify the last four digits of the card number and the new expiration date.
This information will be updated right away, allowing you to use your credit card immediately.
In some rare cases, you might receive a new card with a new card number. If this happens, you should first add this card to your account in the Deposit menu if you want to keep making deposits with it. You can find this menu by clicking ‘Cashier’ in your account overview and selecting ‘Deposit money’ from the drop-down menu:
This will open the Deposit menu. You can then select ‘Add card’ from the left side of the menu:
You can register up to 10 cards to your account. Have you reached the maximum number of registered cards? Then you will need to remove one or more cards before adding new ones. To remove one or more cards from your account, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.
