Due to regulatory and legal requirements, we can only accept transactions if the name of the bank account or payment method’s holder matches the name registered to your Holland Casino account.
This means that it is not possible to deposit money into your account from a bank account or payment method in someone else’s name. This includes business bank accounts and any account where the account holder’s name does not exactly match the name registered on your Holland Casino account.
In rare cases, some non-matching transactions will still get through our deposit process, but the deposit will not be added to your account balance. These deposits will be reimbursed within 24 hours to the bank account (or online wallet) these transactions were made from.
