If you would like to use any of our Responsible Gaming tools, you can do so by logging in to your Holland Casino Online account by clicking the avatar icon in the top right corner of our website.
This opens your account overview, where you can select ‘Safe & Responsible gaming’ to see a list of all our responsible gaming tools:
Here you can choose to either set a Deposit Limit, an Automatic Withdrawal Limit, or a Login Limit. To change a limit you’ve previously set, you can select the limit you wish to change to open its menu.
Please keep in mind that when you want to decrease a limit, the new limit will take effect immediately. However, when you want to increase a limit the changes will only take effect after a 7-day cool off period.
