You can cancel a withdrawal as long as it still appears as a ‘Pending Withdrawal’ in the withdrawal menu.
You can check your pending withdrawals by logging in to your Holland Casino account on our website and clicking the avatar icon in the upper right corner of the screen to open your account overview. Next, you can click ‘Cashier’ and then select ‘Withdraw money’ to open the withdrawal menu:
After you’ve opened the withdrawal menu, you can see all your pending withdrawals in the upper right corner of the menu:
To cancel a pending withdrawal, please click 'Cancel' under a pending withdrawal to do so. Please keep in mind that once a withdrawal request has already been approved, it will not be visible in this menu and it can no longer be cancelled.
