When you have been asked to provide a Proof of Address, you need to provide a document that proves you live at the address registered to your account.
We accept the following documents as proof of address:
- A bank statement
- An official letter from your bank
- A credit card statement
- A water, gas, electricity or tv/phone bill
- A tax overview or municipal tax bill
- A statement of residency
The document confirming your address must contain the following information:
- Your full name and address as registered on your Holland Casino account
- A company or government logo (displayed clearly)
- A date (within a three (3) month period)
You can send us a digital file (like a .jpeg or .pdf format); there is no need to send us a physical copy. The copy provided must be clear and all edges of the document must be visible. In addition, the photo must be original without having been edited.
