Why am I not receiving any promotional emails?

If you’re not receiving any promotional emails from Holland Casino Online, it could be that you’ve turned this option off in your contact preferences. To turn this option on, please log in to our website and click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Next, click on ‘Account Details’ and then select ‘Communication preferences’:


This will open the Communication Preferences menu. Here you can choose how you wish to be contacted by us with account notifications and promotional offers. To make sure you receive promotional emails from us, please make sure the option ‘Email address’ is turned on like in this example:


To save your settings, you can scroll down to the bottom of the menu and click the ‘Submit’ button.

After turning the option to receive promotional emails on, you should be able to receive our offers in your inbox again!

You can use the Communication Preferences menu to turn on promotional offers on other channels such as SMS, post, telephone or internal messages on our website. You can also choose to limit non-promotional account notifications on any of these channels.
