Next, select “Enter details manually” and enter your postcode, house number and mobile phone number.
We also need to verify your identity. This can be done with an identity card, passport or driving licence. Make sure all details are clearly legible and follow the steps on the screen.
Continue with iDIN on your mobile device:
To continue with iDIN on a mobile device, scan the QR code you see on the screen. If you are already using a mobile device, skip this step.
Next, select ‘Continue with iDIN’ and choose your bank. Then follow the steps indicated by iDIN to verify your address.
We still need to verify your identity. This can be done with an identity card, passport or driving licence. Make sure all details are clearly legible and follow the steps on the screen.
Data entry manually on a desktop or laptop:
To enter the data manually on a desktop or laptop, click on “Continue on desktop”.
Enter your address here:
Once all the details have been entered correctly, click on “Continue”.
Please note: you may be asked for permission to use your camera. Select “Allow”.
As a final step, we need to verify your identity. This can be done with an identity card, passport, driving licence or residence permit. Ensure that all details are clearly legible and follow the steps on the screen.
The camera on your desktop or laptop will now turn on. Scan your document by keeping it entirely within the four frames.
If the document is unclear, the system will indicate this. Make sure that:
- The corners of your ID fall within the indicated frame.
- All details on your ID are visible.
- The lighting is good, without glare, blurring or movement.
After your document has been scanned, we will ask for your first name, surname, national insurance number and mobile phone number.
Check all the details and click on ‘Continue’.
