My latest deposit hasn't been added to my account. What should I do?

Have you deposited money into your account, but are you unable to see the amount on your balance? Not to worry, sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to process a transaction.

If your deposit hasn't been added to your account balance after 24 hours, please contact our Service Desk and we will investigate the issue.

You will be asked to provide information about the payment method you used, the date the transaction took place and the amount of the deposit.
