How can I remove a registered credit or debit card from my account?

If one of your registered credit cards or debit cards is no longer in use or you wish to remove it, you can contact our Service Desk to proceed with your request. We will ask you to verify the last 4 digits of the credit card you wish to remove and your reasons for doing so.

You can register up to 10 cards to your account. Have you reached the maximum number of registered cards? Then you will need to remove one or more cards before adding new ones.

Note that once a credit card is removed from your account you will be unable to add it again by yourself. In such a case, we also ask you to contact customer support so that we can assist you.
