I haven't received an email after requesting a new password. What should I do?

Sometimes, your email server will not recognize our emails and accidentally label them as spam. So when you’re not receiving the password reset email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Promotions email folders (or any other filters you might have set up for your inbox) to make sure the email hasn’t been mislabeled.
