I've made a mistake while entering my personal details during registration. What should I do?

Did you make a mistake while registering your account? Not to worry, there are ways to correct any mistakes made during registration.

These mistakes will usually be noticed during our verification process, and you will be notified when your details may seem incorrect or different from your uploaded identification document. In case your account has already been registered and verified, changing your personal details can be done in one of two ways:

  1. Changing your address and phone number can be done easily from the ‘Account Details’ section in your account overview. You can check out this article for a step-by-step explanation.
  2. If you want to change your registered email address, first and last name, and/or date of birth, you will need to contact our Servicedesk. When changing these personal details, our agents may require you to provide extra documents to verify your identity.
Please keep in mind that while most changes will happen quickly, in some rare cases changing your personal details might take longer than expected.
